Can I get a season ticket?
Since we are only producing the panto this year, we regret season tickets are not available.

How do I make reservations?
BY PHONE: (972) 490-4202. If you reach our voice mail, please leave us a message. We promise to call you back. We will collect credit card details from you at that time.

BY EMAIL: Please include your preferred date and time plus the number of tickets required for adults, students/seniors and children. We will write back to you. Please do not send credit card information via email! We will make arrangements to collect those details over the phone.

We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Refunds are at the discretion of the management.

Please pick up your tickets at least 15 minutes before the start of the show. We are often unable to seat latecomers. Our shows start promptly and there are no curtain speeches.

We are happy to exchange your tickets, at no extra charge, provided we have seats available.

If you are unable to attend a performance, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer other patrons the chance to see the show.

Volunteering
A non-profit organization, TB relies on the help of enthusiastic volunteers.

No experience is necessary, just a willingness to help and the courage to show up as promised. For those who just wish to help in exchange for a ticket to the show, or someone who wants to be a part of something for the long term, we depend on the gift of your time and good will.
